Year 10 - Letter to Parents - Parents' Evening on Thursday 18th May 2017
Appointments will be open for booking online from 5.00pm on Monday 8th May.
I would like to advise you that subject teachers will be available to talk with you about your child’s progress on Thursday 18th May 2017 from 3.45pm to 6.45pm. I hope that you will be able to come and your son or daughter is welcome to join you.
The school uses an online appointment booking system allowing you to choose your own appointment times with teachers. An automatic email will be sent to you confirming your appointments (if entered when logging in). Any feedback would be appreciated.
Appointments will be open for booking online from 5.00pm Monday 8th May 2017 and will close on Monday 15th May at 12.00pm by visiting https://idsallschool.parentseveningsystem.co.uk. (A short guide on how to add appointments is included with this letter.) The system will require you to login with the following information:
YOUR FIRST NAME, YOUR SURNAME and EMAIL ADDRESS
Your child's PREFERRED FIRST NAME, SURNAME and their DATE OF BIRTH
These must match the details you have previously supplied to the school. If you do not have an email address of your own, simply enter your child's school email address to receive confirmation of appointments. Any queries please see our 'Parents Evening Information’ page for help or email firstname.lastname@example.org. If you do not have access to the internet, please contact the school office who will be happy to add appointments on your behalf. The Parents Evening System also has the facility for parents to leave a message prior to the evening, please use this if you have any specific questions you would like answered during your appointment.
The system has been set up to allow as many parents to see the teachers they wish by allowing a maximum of 6 appointments. In order for this to work efficiently, we recommend you make appointments for members of staff where you have a particular concern or question regarding your child’s progress.
